1. Services

Digital Dev House provides digital solutions including:

2. Project Agreement

Every project begins after a discussion and mutual agreement between both parties. The project scope, timeline, pricing, payment terms, and deliverables will be clearly mentioned in the agreement or invoice.

3. Payments

  • Clients must pay the agreed advance payment before work starts.

  • Remaining payments must be completed according to the agreed milestones or delivery schedule.

  • Delayed payments may result in project suspension or delayed delivery.

4. Refund Policy

Due to the nature of digital services, completed or partially completed work is generally non-refundable.

 

However, refunds may be considered in the following cases:

  • If the project has not been started yet
  • If we are unable to deliver the agreed service
  • If both parties mutually agree to cancel the project

Please note:

  • Advance payments for domain, hosting, software, third-party tools, or custom purchases are non-refundable
  • No refund will be provided after final delivery and client approval
  • Refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of payment

5. Client Responsibilities

Clients are responsible for providing:

  • Required content, images, credentials, and information on time

  • Proper communication and feedback during the project

  • Legal ownership or permission for any materials shared with us

Project delays caused by missing client information may affect the delivery timeline.

6. Revisions

Reasonable revisions are provided based on the agreed project scope. Additional changes or new feature requests outside the original scope may require extra charges.

7. Delivery & Support

We aim to deliver projects within the agreed timeline. Delivery times may vary depending on project complexity and client response time.

Limited support may be provided after project completion based on the service agreement.

8. Intellectual Property

After full payment is completed, the final approved project files and ownership will be transferred to the client unless otherwise stated in the agreement.

Digital Dev House reserves the right to showcase completed projects in its portfolio unless the client requests confidentiality in writing.

9. Third-Party Services

Some projects may involve third-party tools, plugins, hosting services, APIs, or software. We are not responsible for issues, pricing changes, downtime, or policy changes made by third-party providers.

10. Website Security

While we follow best practices for website security, we cannot guarantee complete protection from all cyber threats, hacking attempts, or third-party attacks.

Clients are encouraged to maintain regular backups and update their systems regularly.

11. Limitation of Liability

Digital Dev House will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or business losses resulting from the use of our services, including data loss, downtime, or revenue loss.

12. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice. Continued use of our services means you accept the updated terms.
