The Brief

Matching the Client’s Exact Invoice Design

The client already had a specific invoice layout in mind, along with the HTML and CSS to match their brand’s look. The goal was to turn that into a working invoice format that generates accurate receipts every time.

We used the client’s provided HTML and CSS as the foundation, and built it into a functional invoice template, keeping the structure, spacing, and styling exactly as designed, including sections for billing and delivery address, itemized charges, VAT breakdown, and totals.

The result is a clean, print-ready invoice format that matches the client’s brand exactly, and generates consistent, accurate receipts.
